I ordered a new uncapped lte which I was told I get free disney plus on I'm trying to activate it I called the call center 15 times with no help I spoke to zandile from contractors who cut me off appellee from billing who told me to call *** press opt 2 then went to zandile myn direct who put me to customers care spoke to leboheng customer care who told me to go phone Disney plus this is just a few to mention of the 15 agent one said I don't qualify for the free Disney as only certain customers qualify why is it advertised free Disney then not saying free Disney to qualifying customers Pathic service to say the least they deserve 0 star not even 1 star I would like a call from someone who can actually help *** is my number if not I will go on all social media platforms to report this
