i have been having an issue with mtn maponya mall i keep on stating please dont m,ake a payment on my phone contract make the paymnet to my wifi i have been going into the store to make sure they do that but still cant do t now in the middle of the month the Wi-Fi goes off after they told me they made the payment to my WIFI and not cell contract this is so frustrating MTN MAPONYA mall please train Ur staff members to follow instructions and if i ask them to let someone who knows what to do to assist me they get mad and don't have any customer skills in that shop MTN MAPONYA mall please train Ur staff. I'm am so upset as i am working from home and now have to spend extra money this is not right please can u get staff that would actually assist us right please.
