Constantly being sent in circles. My ID number is linked to a profile that doesn't belong to me on the OLD LEGACY system, no matter who I call, customer care, accounts, legal, collections, retention department nobody can tell me what the hell is going on???

I will be opening a complaint with the consumer ombudsman if I don't get feedback on this matter today!!
