Staff is Clueless
My mum has a contract with MTN and she now wants to cancel.<br> They keep giving her excuses. She phoned 808 and was told to go to a MTN store. She went to a MTN store at the The Glen and she was told to phone 808. The next thing, MTN will be telling her it's too late to cancel the contract, the contract is up for renewal on the 6th of March so, what happens now as she's been sent from pillar to post. She just wants to cancel the contract...
