Staff don't know their own services
Thank you for your reply.But if you read and took note of my complaint of Tuesday 26/01/16. I want to REMOVE numbers. I dailed that USSD *141*5#.it only give me 2 options and that is to add more numbers or to buy a cliq5 bundle. It does not give me an option to REMOVE any numbers. I don't want to add or swap the numbers.
