Staff attitude sucks

Pathetic service, staff un helpful, doesnt show any interest nothing, I contacted MTN on the ***1.I needed assistance either with a copy of contract or details of a cellphone i blocked 2years ago. And was transferred from one person to the other, I spoke to Catherine Sehume who was clearly not interested in my story . I had a contract phone with MTN on number ***, the phone got ****** at work it was a Samsung phone. So know i got a new Samsung phone and my details are linked to someone else, which means the person has un black listed the phone and is using the phone, However MTN staff cannot help me with the IMEI number of check the phone nothing, what bull dust is that? You guys should have the IMEI number i signed a contract Legally you should keep the paper work for 5years. I dont have mine any more as i moved house . I really need MTN assistance in this regard
