Staff at mtn steak from client and managers cannot resolve it and mtn want clients to pay for what they didn't used its so said

This is my last review to mtn as no one came back to me it's clearly show they don't care about their clients and also they know how their staff ***** from client and keep quiet about it. I cannot pay bill which I didn't use and their staff ***** it and also they put *********** manager to handle shops and they cannot resolve clients problems.
