Staff at MTN Alberton next to Pick n Pay in Alberton City Mall are unprofessional and not helping me at all

Hi, I recently got my MTN contract from MTN Alberton which is next to Pick n Pay in Alberton City Mall. Everything went well. But Whenever someone calls me I can't see their number(Caller ID is hidden). I phone MTN Helpline and they said you need to go to the store where you get your contract (MTN Alberton which is next to Pick n Pay in Alberton City Mall) and tell them to increase your credit limit, once they do this we ll activate ur caller ID. I went there and met a representative called ''SETHO''.I explained to him everything and he said I should leave my number, he will do it later on and inform me. Since then I am waiting, The number he gave is for another MTN store which is also in Alberton city mall next to Woolworth. whenever I phone them they said they told the other store manager to wait for their call. I am very disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour especially "Setho" from MTN Alberton which is next to Pick n Pay in Alberton City Mall. I will take them to consumer court as I am paying them for the services which I am not getting.
