*********** staff and system at MTN stores in Canal Walk

I'm so disappointed with the MTN store in Canal Walk opposite Telkom Store. My daughter's phone went just dead ( battery) and we took it to MTN store on 26th of December 2024 and they said they will send it for repair to Tygervalley centre and according to the guy that assisted her, the courier will collect it the following week. My daughter was in constant communication with them and they told her that it is in process to be collected. 2 months went by after all the calls just to be said that someone inside the shop cancelled the transaction. I went to the shop and nobody could inform me what really happened and the phone was still in the MTN shop. Nobody of the staff knew this and up till today they can't cancel and book the phone in for repair. The computer doesn't allow them to cancel it or to put another transaction in to be sent for repairs. The HONOR phone is till under warranty. Currently her phone is at another MTN store opposite MR Price in Canal Walk. They still don't know what to do. I'm so furious and disappointed. MTN SOUTH AFRICA, I think you have *********** staff and I will NEVER EVER buy from any of your stores again.
