*********** Staff and poor service delivery

MTN have *********** employees that work for them. I have upgraded my cell phone contract that I had with vodacom for more then 20 years to MTN. MTN staff transferred all my data and contacts, WA back ups from my old phone to the new phone.....all my back up WA is gone!!!! The staff is arogant. Not a single " sorry" or apology. MTN Kolonnade Mall.
