I called MTN customer care on the 19th of June 2024 to do a sim swap the first lad I spoke to by the name Leraro, assured me that the sim swop was successful done I need to wait for 2 hours.... After 5 hours I called customer care again and the guy named Sifiso assured me that the sim swop was successfully done I need to wait for until 24 hours..... My sim swop still was not done. I spoke to the teamleader called Aphole who couldn't assist me but she said I must call back at 11.... Still I was not assisted they changed the reason and said I failed security check..... Mtn customer care agents are not only *********** they are also ruuuuude. Im so disappointed and disgusted.
