Splendid service despite technical problems.

Zanele at the Nelspruit ABSA Centre MTN office helped me today to renew my contract. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks, Zanele! It was a pleasure to work with you. Unluckily it took longer than expected as the MTN finger-scanner did not work effectively, although my fingers are recognised at other scanners at security gates.
