Speedy up turn around time

I submitted a claim with MTN Insurance and the device was collected on the 30 Nov, today is the 14th Dec and I am not getting a proper answer to when I can expect my phone back. This is most frustrating because the device is supposedly in QA since 9 Dec, how long does QA take to say whether the device has passed QA or not. Today is the 14th and I'm told that the device may be dispatched on Wednesday which is a holiday, now I don't know if and when I will get my device back. I am not a happy customer right now. MTN insurance please improve your turn around time of fixing broken devices and give proper replies to customer questions.
