Speed Recovery Depletes quicker than expected

Dear Mtn,

I am on the R408 contract package and I must say the speed reduces faster I now top up twice a month with either the 129 or 69 please help would you suggest I just upgrade or stick to my package because wow the 7vdag speed doesn't even last for 7 days only 3 days it's very stressful and money consuming.

Please help
