Speechless customer service
I have called in numerous times spoke to numerous consultants and manager, and for 2 weeks no one has assisted me in obtaining my call history for the 27 April 2018.
Even spoke to a consultant selaelo who undermine me playing as a manager and speaking as I was beneath him... I have probably 10 references numbers regarding the matter... Everytime I called I stressed the importance of obtaining it... You guy take my money but when wanting assistance it's now a run around game... Every manager I spoke to never even returned my call... Even spoke to Jake a manager in Durban who said he would sort my enquiry out yet he didn. He promised to call, he didn aswell... Today I called and left him a message to call me with Portia, which took forever to get hold of as I needed to speak to Durban and not JHB... So numerous calls trying to speak to Durban. Here is my last reference ********** 46...
I hope this time it gets resolved
