special stock hasn't arrived
MTN February special for Valentine's day Samsung Galaxy Note4 plus phone cover hasn't arrived in story. I was in store since begging for the month waiting. Today 12 of February 2 day to Valentine's day. I real don't know who to speak now. If MTN can't offer this special why printed on February book. I have been MTN customer over 15 years. Now this driving me nuts.

We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and inconvenience caused. It was not our intention to ahve dissatisfied you in any way.
We can confirm that the delivery of the Samsung Note 4 plus cover bundle stock was delayed. Please remember when it comes to any new offerings from manufacturers, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.
What we can confirm is that the offering was available from around the 19th of February 2015 and our warehouse was distributing stock to all outlets that stock needed to be allocated to.
We have now checked with our Sales Department if they have stock of the Samsung Note 4 with the cover bundle.
