Good day, this is my second complaint regarding Mtn in a few weeks, I have been handed over to Credit bureau by our most loved Mtn SP. after many attempts of trying to get answers from the SP i was told last Tuesday that legal department will contact me ASAP as I'm willing to close this chapter and pay the Senseless R256.40 I'm owing according to them. Still waiting for feedback from our ****a shop, mayb they don't have airtime to call back. I then phoned again this morning and the poor consultant still tired from the strike had no clue on assisting me n what I got was Legal has no direct line but they will contact me. All I need is the Amount I'm owing and my name 2 be withdrawn from Credit Bureau as it seems like u controlling my life with this handover. I love Mtn bt this attitude and treatment is just so immature from a big Brand like yours. Mayb<br> Your assistance will be highly appreciated ASAP
