SPAMMING!!!!
<p>I'm receiving loads of spam from MTN on my MTN pay-as-you-go package even though I have NEVER even opted in for any messages!!!!!!<br />Every damn day, I get at least 5 SPAM message from this company - with no OPT-OUT option from MTNReward.<br />I have been in contact with MTN South Africa via Facebook - NO SUCCESS as the USSD codes they provide me with DOESN'T work! I've even called 173 to request them to remove any promotional content from this number and they respond saying "you don't have ANY promotional services loaded on this number..." Uhmmm - THEN WHY DO I RECEIVE A MTNREWARD SMS EVERY DAMN MORNING!!!!! </p> <p>I have dailed *130*603#, *141*5# - nothing works!!!!</p> <p>Please STOP spamming me, with no OPT-OUT - I've not OPT-IN. This is *******.</p>

27 Jul 2017, 09:04A week later and still no assistance from MTN to have this issue resolved. Still getting the daily MTNReward sms's like clockwork and no I'm suddenly also getting MTNYello sms - 5 at a time!!!
What I don't understand, is the fact that you say in the message SMS STOP TO 30246 TO OPT OUT... So I did it and yet I'm STILL getting the same messages!!!! I have to pay for the Opt Out sms and you just wipe your **** with my money and simply don't give a DAMN!
Please contact me directly, so I can provide you with the MTN number, so YOU can now cancel all these sms's from YOUR side... Cause I have now had ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
