SPAM/BOT CALLS EVERY DAY , SAVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing to formally report a significant and sudden increase in unsolicited calls to my mobile number.

For the past [9 MONTHS], I have been receiving multiple calls daily from unknown and varied numbers. Despite blocking every number immediately, the calls continue from new, similar sequences. This is a complete departure from my usual experience with your service, as I have previously had very few issues with spam.

Because of the sudden nature of this surge, I have the following concerns:

Source of Information: How have these callers obtained my private mobile number?

Data Security: Has MTN experienced any recent data breaches or "s****ing" incidents that may have exposed subscriber contact details to third parties?

System Integrity: Are there any known issues with the MTN network regarding "neighbour ****fing" or automated bot-dialing targeting your prefix ranges?

I would appreciate it if you could provide the following assistance:

Network-Level Blocking: Does MTN offer any network-level spam filtering or "Call Guard" services that can be activated on my account to prevent these calls before they reach my handset?

Privacy Assurance: Please confirm whether my personal data remains secure and what steps MTN is taking to mitigate this surge in harassment for its subscribers.

I have been a loyal customer for [5 IF NOT 6 YEARS] years, and the current volume of spam is making it difficult for me to use my phone for legitimate purposes. I look forward to a detailed response regarding your findings and the steps you will take to resolve this.
