Please see the feedback from our repair centre manager:
We cannot assist with this,the warranty is strict to one year. Purchase date was in March 2015.Customer is to refer to his T’s and C’s. Even if it was one day out, we cannot assist.

Whether I have been a customer for a month or 13 years you simply do not care.
Had I been advised by Charl Louw that my warranty expired end of March '16 when I handed my phone in for repairs I would not be having this conversation with you.
I simply think that your every effort to improve customer service is not an effort at all.
Please send my phone back
