Spam?
Received a phone call from a number from MTN. 27 78 ********** I can not call them back. Goes directly to voicemail. MTN can contact their client and tell them to stop calling me, my phone warns me that it is a spam number.

My guess as always, the ISP won't reveal the identity of the person behind the number.
So I can't do anything about it.
The bigger problem is that many other people are also getting spam, if this is the case, the ISP in this case needs to take it up with their client and make sure their services are not being abused by ******** behavior.
The ISP does not automatically get immunity and protect ******** behavior.
The only way for us people to get attention to get something resolved us by first taking on any ISP that does not take action.
