SP Insurance
My phone has been collected last week Wednesday 20/10/2015 for repairs and as a benefit I have with Mtn insurance I should get a loan phone until my phone is fixed. I have been told since last week that there are no stock of loan phones. I feel this is bad service because when I took this insurance I wasn't told \you will get a loan phone if we have stock"in the schedule it states \""where the equipment needs to be repaired as a result of damage or fault"
