SOUTH AFRICA'S WORST NETWORK PROVIDER!

The WORST network provider ever!!! Agents hang up on you and are disgustingly rude! They are not champions in any way, shape, or form! They are a bunch of miserable ****roaches that hate their lives, one of which is Zikhona Mdludlu. Countless times agents will pick up the phone, wait several seconds before greeting, sigh heavily into the phone, and then proceed to greet themselves and ask "how may I assist" in an impertinent tone. When I called in with a query about something, one of the agents kept ignoring me and repeating "and how may I help you?" Is this a joke?? Who the hell trained these people? And their email customer service is PATHETIC! *********** fools that have NO idea what the hell they're talking about! And a new person responds every time, telling you something completely different and not what you asked! A very useless one is Carmen Wetzel, who didn't even answer my question and told me something else. MTN and their so-called "champions" are GARBAGE. THANK GOD my contract is over! I am done with your ****! For two years, I've had to take your abuse! How on earth you can call yourself "South Africa's best network" is beside me. And all good reviews are no doubt from people that work for MTN.
