South African banks and businesses will collapse of mtn ruining all potential customers coz of their incompetency

Had a cellphone contract with mtn,missed few months of payment then went to settle it, few months later i received my paid up letter, but now the account still appears as written off on my credit report...n worse I still get calls from collection companies saying I should settle my account, an account that I already have a paid up letter of mxm
