Sort your *** out

My internet has been down for the past almost 2 hours now over a suspended account for no ****ing reason. Everytime i phone the call centre i have to listen to hold music for half an hour and then get through to someone who just drops my ****ing call Absolutely ****ing disgusted by this *** service.
