Sorry you can't claim
Tried to claim for a device from MTn , only to find out that the device insured was upgraded more than 4 years ago Insurance from MTn informed me that I can't claim on the current device as the insurance is for a different handset No-one at the dealership adviced me differently, so I'm was paying insurance for more than 4 years for NOTHING, thank you Mtn There is another sponsor for R6000 , well done, this is now customer service at its BEST Should maybe change all my current contracts somewhere else.....

I would not advise anyone to take out a contract with MTN
