Sorry always come to late

I decided to port my number from Cell C to Mtn . It looked promising that I was finally with a better service provider, my mistake. First off all I send 2 days with no phone waiting for them to connect me. Then I was suppose to get 30gig promotional data for 3 months that I have not received. Sadly I have been phoning form the 6th November today is the 15th November. The only thing I have is a long list of reference numbers and another 24 wait. Very very disappointing.
