Sony Z3 Issues
I got 2 MTN contracts in about August 2015, I opted for the Sony Z3. From then till now on both contracts we have been through 5 phones, and I am currently trying to get the 6th phone. I am actually really tired of this and the problems I have been experiencing with this particular make of phone. I'm trying to get the 6th phone and no one seems to have stock of it, so I'm now sitting without a phone. I have also asked if I can change my actual handset and pay in the difference of the phone, and MTN are not willing to do this. So currently I am averaging 1 phone every 2 months, at this rate by the time this contract comes to an end I may go through 12 Sony Z3s. Why cant you just let me change the handset, and stop wasting my time, and your money!
