Sony Z3 Cellphone

<p>My husband phones screen craceked in his pants pocket. The phone was sent to Bloemfontein repair centre. After three months of not hearing anything from them, i decided to give them a call. Nozipho Mpungose said the was phisical damage to the phone, on the report it is stated Physical damage - None Specified. I emailed Nozipho several times with no reply as sony requested the phone to be sent to them, and she said the phone cant be sent if we dont pay for the courier. I asked her the cost involved, but i am still awaiting her reply. That is a year later now. My husband is still paying his phone every month, even tough he does not have a phone.
