Sony Xperia Z1 - 2 Months in for repair

My Sony Xperia Z1 was booked into an MTN shop @ the Metropolitan Parc Du Cap office park in Bellville Cape on the 23 March 2015 and to date I still have no phone.

My phone arrived back at the MTN Shop where I booked it in on the 28 April 2015. When I took delivery I noticed that the phone was \dead"and the Shop manager advised I may need to charge. When I got back in the office a few minutes later I connected the charger and found that there was 100% battery life left. Thinking all was is order I proceeded to do a Restore of data I had backed up. The phone switched off during the Restore. I booked the phone in on the 29 April for re-investigation.

On the 20 May 2015 my phone was returned to the shop where I collected and asked the Shop manager to try and power up the phone with no luck - he plugged into a Charger and the phone showed 76% power available. I immediately booked my phone in again and each time this phone has gone back to the \""Manufacturer\"" where a \""software upgrade\"" was done and a \""part\"" was replaced but MTN cannot tell me precisely what was replaced.

My phone to date has been booked in 3 times AND I am still waiting to receive my phone."""
