Sony Xeperia Z2 Still not Working

My Sony Xperia Z2 was sent in for repairs on the 9th of March 2015. The headphone jack not working was the major fault. I collected my phone from repairs on the 28th of March 2015. The headphone jack is STILL not working. Three weeks of inconvenience and i STILL have a phone that is not functioning properly. It is totally unacceptable service. Surely the technicians should have tested the device to ensure that it had been fixed before returning it to the customer.<br> <br> It seems that i will be inconvenienced by another wait of three weeks or longer for it to be repaired. Surely the phone should be replaced if it connect be repaired.
