sony software malfunction
phone stopped working due to software failure was stated as problem by Mtn repair centre as swell and wanted to give me a second hand refurbished phone I refused to accept it and asked I want a new phone as my contract was about 6 months old phone is by repair centre since 9 April 2015 wanted to give me refurbished phone on the 11 May 2015 and refused to accept and query was only raised on the 18 of May 2015 and till now no feed back from repair centre what can I do to follow up or take it further as I see it as faulty equipment from supplier as it was software failure on handset
