Sony phone unable to use.
MTNBlue route mall the worst service ever. awaiting a call back from the branch manager since Friday 28/06/2019.
no customer service the consultants as well the manager.
I pay my contact each month not a day late, however this is the service you receive.
WOW you really shocked me once again !!!!!!!!

03 Jul 2019, 08:31I was in contact with the branch manager yesterday and her responses was " why i am still using MTN if im having an issue " my question so a customer cant complaint when bad service is received!!!! i want a call back from a senior manager or CEO . i will be taking MTN to COURT
