Sony M5, advertised but no stock received.

I decided to get the Sony M5 in the beginning of October (i think it was the 5th) i signed a contract with MTN on the 7th with them telling me the phone should arrive within the next week. <br> Everytime i go to the store they say they have not received stock. (and this is not just one branch i visited about 5 branches).<br> The last story was that the phone will only be released beginning of November, why advertise a phone that will only be released a month later?<br> I phoned Sony on the 6th of November, who said the phone has only been released beginning of November but the shops will have stock now. MTN still doesnt have stock, and they've since taken the phone off their website. <br> MTN - Does this mean you wont be getting stock at all after i've waited for over a month? Please give us an accurate date of when you will have stock! Also is the price going to be the same as advertised once the phone will finally be released? -If not that was false advertising since you could not get the phone anywhere.
