Sony M4 Aqua

Hello <br> <br> I purchased a Sony M4 Aqua from the Edgars Eastgate about a month ago. Two weeks ago the camera give the following message when selected\ Error Unknown error". I went to MTN Greenstone and they got the Sony rep. Vincent (Cell No. ***) to contact me. I tried what he suggested about 12 times to reboot the phone various ways but the problem still persists.<br> <br> He advised me that he will try and get me a replacement set by speaking to his Manager Eben van Vuuren.
