If the handset is not older than 6 months, you may return to the store or our high volume repair centre for a warranty assessment/return. If it is older than 6 months it can be sent to the same for a repair.
For the 6 month warranty, you need to return the handset in the box with all the accessories as well as proof of purchase. For a repair you need the handset, charger, batter and proof of purchase.
Kindly note that you may be requested to pay an admin fee of R330.00, depending on the status of the handset.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
