Sony experia z 3
Phones battery was dead. Put on charge .phone does not come on. Send it to mtn wonderpark where they send it to worshop. Had to give tjem a call after 3 weeks. Got a sms after the call tje phone is BER. No report whasoever but have to pay 5400 for repair. Its not my fault but have to pay for repair. No idee what went wrong or what wrong with my sony. A value custemor of over 13 years at mtn and now this. No no no

MTN SP After Sales is accredited to assess and perform cellular repairs under strict manufacturer guidelines and as such, specific criteria is app**** when assessing devices to validate warranty. This is done in accordance with procedures laid down by each manufacturer.
Liquid Damage - Warranty Voided. If the handset is Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the repairs are not attempted. Prior to any repairs being undertaken, every device is disassembled and the liquid indicators and circuit boards are thoroughly inspected under microscope for liquid. Any traces of liquid found immediately voids all forms of warranty resulting in the device being BER (beyond economic repair) in accordance with manufacturer warranty policy.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
