Sony Experia M repair
Cell phone was delivered to MTN shop North Cape Mall on 2 February 2015 for repairs. After several phone calls and visits the phone is still with Sony for repairs. After four weeks we still do not know when the phone will be repaired.

Unfortunately, the IMEI number and Job Card number have been left out of your post which does delay the resolution time. In order for us to investigate this matter, we would need either the IMEI or Job card number..
