I was just there and I showed them the print from you email, and I cannot believe that they have only send the phone to you on the 15 / 16 July, as we have gave them the phone back on the 8 July. I have told her that I do not want the phone I want a NEW ONE. Because the phone was not in our hands for more that 24 hours. <br> The lady also said that the phones is out of stock.<br> I have told Karina (at Delmas) that I am going to send a email again and tell you people what she told me, then the other lady shout at me and said \ek is nie lus vir tannie se *** nie". People like that is not suppose to work for MTN<br> <br> Please this is urgent because my husband is 24 hours on standby and he need a phone. This is the second time that we have problems with the shop in Delmas.
