Sony and Mtn played me over an over

<p>I am Ms Buhle Mthembu ********** bought a Sony M5 at MTN Carlton centre Cash in 2016 biggest mistake of my life, I have not had peace ever since. The phone has been giving me problems from the 1st moth of purchase, the battery gets very hot like it will set my hand bag on fire, it constantly switches itself OFF and cannot be turned back on without putting it on the charger and whenever it is charged up to 100% the battery does not last longer than 30 minutes. I sent the phone back to the store and they sent it for assessment and replaced it with a new one, even that new one they gave me had the same problem I took it back to the store the third time and they assessed it and gave me a brand new phone again still having the same problem and all these phone I keep sending back go with my screen protector an all my applications which cost me money. And it happened again for the 4th time ay this is enough now. I called the Sony people and asked them for a refund because their product obviously has a problem and I am tired of being without a phone for 2-3 weeks while they do assessments and take time to try and repair it. Its not my fault and I bought the phone cash because I was avoiding depth and the waiting while they check if you qualify for a contract or not, the lady that I spoke too didn’t even want to hear me out I WANT MY MONEY SONY and MTN I feel cheated because I have friends using the same phone but got it on contract and its still working why do they keep giving me ****y phone and when I paid cash?? I WANT A REFUND I DON’T WANNA KNOW or hear stories. </p>
