Sony and Mtn
Mtn had to replace a faulty Sony Xz2 that was overheating and kept freezing. Sent the phone a month ago still trying to get a phone. Have been to Mtn Cresta they said they cant help I need to go to Mtn head office on 14th ave Johannesburg. That interestingly enough does not keep the Sony range at their head office ( thought this is something Sony South Africa would like to know) they then sent me to Mtn Clear water that is not helpful at all had to wait for the guy that is apparently dealing with the replacement to come back from lunch. Mtn service is horrible
