Someset Mall service, what's that?
PATHETIC service at your Somerset Mall branch. Trying to reach the so called manager for weeks, but person is NEVER in the shop an no one calls back. If we get to speak with so called manager, they are to busy to help us and tell us to wait..
Pathetic is actually an understatement rating for this shop!
