Someone opened an MTN ********** accounts on my Name..

My name is Zamangwane Nomagugu khanyeza. I've recently wrote a review here on MTN and till now they haven't responded on it. A MTN ********** accounts was opened on my name and im really not get any joy with MTN in clearing my name.I've submit all the Documents they've requested but till now I'm not winning. HELP
