Someone opened a contract with my details at Mtn in December, I called Mtn and notified them I was told to write an affidavit and send my ID copy which I did. They debiting my account every month and no one seems to be helping me. Have my ID
No one is telling me what exactly is happening with the case, I was told it will take 21 working days but am still waiting and they still debiting my account since December

27 Apr 2018, 00:06Mtn is still not doing anything about this *****, instead of investigating I have hands over to lawyers. I received a call today telling me to pay Mtn their R16000.00 for the phone I don't have and I never app**** for. If Mtn was doing their job they should have seen by now that it was ***** and cancelled the contract than handing me over to lawyers. No one seems to be helping whenever I call them, since last year nothing has been done.
