someone dropped the ball, negligence and consultant who just don't care

I Loved MTN and when i saw the great deal of the huawei nova 8ii ran for it as it was a great bargain, however now i have been debited R7905.41 paid from Current a/c..@ Eft. Avail Ref.Mtn i am shocked i have not received any device i don't have an active contract i have been waiting for the device for two months so please explain to me why am i debited when i have not received the device or even activated the contract

please refund my money as in yesterday how am i supposed to survive when you took everything i had in the account.
