Someone answer the phone
Called MTN ***. Held on for 15mins. Spoke to Sthembiso Yende. Assisted with a portion of my query and then referred me to the credit manager. Held on for 15min and then someone cuts the call on me. Tried calling back now to ANY phone number on the MTN website and no-one answers. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK as i do not have time to hold on for 30min at a time !!! Nashua mobile should never have moved my number to MTN. It is probably the worst service i have ever received.
