Hi MTN,<br> <br> Please could you get someone from your legal department to call me, you guys helped me so nicely in regards to my concern I logged on hellopeter in July, and it was resolved. But my 2nd request to get someone from legal to contact me about a collection plan to settle the arrears amount has not been tended to as of yet. And I have requested this on your Facebook page as well, where you asked me to send a direct message to your Facebook account and I did. Still nothing...<br> <br> I have tried to call you guys on multiple occasions as well but cause im using a temp sim its not mtn I cannot call you, I try the *** nr and no answer the line just cuts. PLEASE can someone call me on the back up nr *** so we can get this fixed.<br> <br> Thank you<br> Cathy
