Soliciting bribe from customers for RICA
<p>i went to change my prepaid SIM card from a 3G one to LTE one. A consultant actually asked for R50 Rands to do the sim swop which I never got a receipt of . So to me it was a ******* after I confirmed with customer care and they told me they don't charge for sim swop. </p>

Please be advised that as per our store levels you will be charged for the LTE sim card but not for a sim swop.
