Sold Wrong Info

Hi There, This is unprofessional, I received a call from Mondo consultant, I took not a contract as i was told that i can cancel it anytime . I called MTN it is now a 24 Months contract and I have been given 2 sim cards, my sim cards were not activated and they are both not activated ,when I ask of my contract they send me pillar to post. Guys this is so incorrect, I have been debited while my sim cards were not activated, Now I have two sim cards divided contracts and i took Just one contract . Can someone send me the contract and correct this everything. I need one not two.
