Sold me a migration on False information.

Please Help me...!!!

I requested information on what it would cost me to migrate from Mychoice 200 to the Blue Sky offer for R1299

The store klerk Siyabonga assured me that the total amount billed each month will be R1299. I took the offer to migrate. Consequently the monthly debit order going off was in excess of R1999... I have been going back and forth to the MTN store and I am continuously met with *********** staff and management who keep on promising me that they will resolve the matter and reverse the migration back to my original MyChoice 200. This has been going on for about 2 months now..

There worst part is this contract is under my pensioner mothers name, and MTN has been literally bankrupting her with these ******* debit orders... Please help me...

Here is my query number : migration request [#***7]

Kind regards
Nieuwoudt

Hello nieuwoudtgresse,

Thank you for your post

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you have experienced as a result of this.

On your previous package you were paying for the handset and that carried over when you migrated to the new package, confirmation was requested before the migration was done reference number: ***. We have escalated the matter to the store level to investigate and advise.
There will be a migration fee if the number is to be migrated.

We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.

Kind Regards
Siphumezo
